UPVTD (pronounced "upvoted") makes it easy to create your own upvote lists:

1. Hit the green "plus sign" button to create a new list
2. Choose a name and short description for you list (ie. Best Game of Thrones Character)
3. Add items to your list. These are the things that people will be able to upvote
4. Share the list so other can start upvoting
5. List items are ranked by most upvotes
